We limit our product sourcing and work very closely with only the most reliable of U.K. abattoirs. By continuing to be selective and also sourcing strictly from within the U.K. we are able to monitor the quality of our supplies and ensure that our daily deliveries contain only the freshest material.
Our production follows HACCP quality procedures and our realistic production volumes enable us to ensure that our product specification is continually maintained. We are able to provide consistency to the product supplied from one consignment to the next.
